2.9 litre for Capri

2.9 for capri

I'm not worried about the intake. That should be easy enough to make, but before I spend thousands on the motor I'd like to know how it will hold up at maximum horsepower. I know the head CFM flow will be an issue, but if I can only get 30 or 40 more HP out of the 2.9 it probably won't be viable to build compared to the 2.0 thats in the car now. Thanks for all your input.

you sure it was NP?

i don't understand why the dodge/GM bastard child would make ford parts.

The only things I'm sure of are that he said they were steel, and that for $900 for a 2.9 that rivals a 4.0 for power, I'm seriously thinking about altering the course of my build slightly.

I might be wrong but isnt New Process a tractor? I like the Capri,it is rare to even see one these days.
