2.9 issues!

Well, when i start it up usually it wil run fine for just a few seconds or longer, and then it wil act like it is flooding out but if you wait for 5 to 10 ceconds it will clear out and run like new. I have no clue what to do I did replace the IAC valve but that did no good. any help will be greatly appreciated, Thanks ...this is my dd and this problem is really frustrating.

I just got a Ranger last March and so I had sooo many problems getting it running decent, not right or perfect but decent. The best thing I did was have it put on diagnostic computer,not a code reader. It saved me a lot or money and work and found several problems I wouldn't have found.
