2.9 issues please help

hey fellas heres my problem. i got a new tranny in the truck when it came back it wont run right at all. it only does this intermittantly but it does it at idle once in awhile or underload it wants to shut off it seems. it will start to miss really bad and if you give it any gas it wont do anything. but when you floor it it runs fine. i have replaced the cap rotor and fuel filter and also the green and red vacum line and it still does it. what else could this be?? has anyone else ever had this problem? i am about ready to ship this thing to the bone yard if i cant figure it out.. so please i beg all of you for help thanks jason

hey bud sounds like the exact problem i had.what i found was that the wire going to the o2 sensor was frayed witch oil was adding resistance making the sensors go crazy at times .

Have you gotten the codes??

seeing the resent work....double check to see if your grounds are up to snuff..or forgotten one

how do you get the codes? i did not think i could get codes out of it i thought that was just obd2

how do you replace the bulbs where the check engine light is? mine is missing so i went to put the emmisions bulb in and as soon as i twisted it it fell behind the cluster. and does anyone know what size bulb it takes. thanks alot guys for all the help
