2.9 EFI Relays

I have four relays on the inside fender (passenger side) near the Air Cleaner box. The one with the round gray top is for the EGR Valve as I have recently replaced it. The other three - I have no idea what they are for. I can't identify them from the Haynes wiring diagram. I found two possibles on Advance Auto Parts listings. (1) EEC Relay and (2) Throttle Solinoid Relay. Can anyone help me identify them and what each does?

Green Base is the fuel pump relay, Tan/brownish base is the PCM relay.

The only one left will be the WOT relay (cuts off the AC compressor when the gas pedal is floored, also tell the computer to go back into open loop, ignoring sensors like when it's first started).

Thanks a bunch. All of them seem to be working. I have just been gathering data. So far I have replaced all of the sensors and controls in the system I didn't know anything about the EFI until I started on it. This pretty well completes my data.

Good to hear from another Vet. I served in the Korean war and had three tours in Nam.
