2.8 intake mani on a 2.9?

meh, just tossing around ideas again and didnt find any info on this, does anyone know whether the intake maifold from a 2.8 will bolt into a 2.9, i was thinkin of tryin to convert the 2.9 to a carbed setup, i dont want todo the only kind i ever saw and that was soemone making 3 1 barrel carbs adapted to the upper intake....that was interestin....

No, totally different engines, a carb would suck, and you wouldn't have any timing advance without the computer.

i wasnt sure, of all the shit ive owned none have ever had the 2.8
