2.5 5spd driveshaft

I have a 2000 2.5 5 speed 118" wheel base Ranger that has a harmonic balancer on the front slip yoke of my driveshaft and the rubber is shot. The thing is really making noise now and feeling slight vibration. Can't find a good one in any junk yards and finally went to Ford. They seem to be having a problem finding part also. Has anyone found a way to eliminate that yoke with the balancer?

i checked the LMC catalog and it stops at 1997. seems kinda strange to me. one other thought is did you look in the Tech Library here? there might be something there. look under the logo at the top of this page for the tab.
wish i had a good idea for you on fixing that drive shaft. good luck for sure!
