I have a 1995 ranger currently with the stock 2.3, I have a 2.3t out of an 88 xr4ti with a full harness and La3 computer, what all wiring needs to be done to get it all working with the La3? Thanks, don't seeuch info for the 1995 and up

Drop the rod and pistons into the 1995 block. Tap the block with a 1/2" NPT tap for the oil drain. Bolt on the turbo. You want a 2.5L ECU, they have more tuning options and are plug and play for 95-97's. You want 42lb Green Top FoMoCo injectors and a 2005+ Focus slot maf and a custom intercooler setup. SCT Flash can tune it for you. You can keep the OBD-II and dual plugs and have your turbo too.

I like that, that's way less fuss than trying to convert, nothing wrong with the LA3 but the OBDII stuff is more ingrained in the vehicle
