2.3l turbo prerunner

So I ran the codes the ECU is throwing and it came up with 4.
1) P0102 I was running the truck with the maf unplugged for a little while so that is an easy fix.
2) P0340 Camshaft Position Sensor: I though I might have a problem with this. I spaced my auxiliary pulley out 3/16 of an inch and the sensor is no longer close enough to pick up the wheel. I have been working on this a little bit tonight and I believe it will be good after this. I hope this is why I have been having Idling issues and loss of power. Here ae some pics of my solution.



I took the back of another pulley and spaced it off of the one I am using. It should be right where I need it now.
3) P0350 Ignition Coil: I don't have a second coil hooked up; I rewired and I think I should be okay here but we'll see once the truck is back together (No timing belt on so I can fix my auxiliary pulley).
4) P0141 Oxygen Sensor (Post cat): I don't have one in right now because my exhaust isn't finished. I have my cat and I still need to get a muffler, just not sure what I want to go with. I might run a glasspack but we'll see.

So I've gotten a few things done on the truck. I'm down to just one code being thrown for the rear O2 because I don't have one wired in yet. I also have my timing dialed in and it runs much smoother. My exhaust manifold is leaking some (warped flange) so I think I'm going to build a better manifold. I still need to finish the exhaust but here are some videos.
