My 94 Ranger 2.3L is giving me some issues as of late. The engine has always ran rough at idle, but felt like it ran fine under load. The CEL has been coming on sporadically lately, so I threw an OBDI tester on it and pulled some codes.

KOEO results in all pass, and KOER yields 172- Lean condition, and 211 - Profile Ignition Pickup circuit fault.

I'm not sure where to go with either of these. Please help!

Check around under the hood for leaking vacuum lines. A flaky idle has many sources, but common ones are: 1)dirty maf 2)leaky vacuum lines 3)plug wires arcing, 4) spark plugs worn and 5)IAC not responding.
