2.3 Wich muffler to run...

Buddy has a 97 2wd with a 2.3 were looking into upgrading his exhaust. We r thinking going with 2.25 pipe out the side before the rear tire give me your opinion on what muffler we should run

Aero Turbine 2525, had a buddy put one on his 4cyl Toyota after hearing the one on my truck, best 4cyl I've ever heard.

I have a thrush turbo right now. not bad, not as loud as i thought, but whenever i rev my engine the exhaust sounds like it rattles or something. its weird and its getting annoying so im entering the market for a different muffler right now. from the threads i've gone through on here, the flowmasters are always a favorite, but if you do that get the flowmaster 50. sounds like some members believe the 40 doesn't sound great on the 2.3, and prefer the 50.

for my ranger i went with the cheap route i replaced the resonator on my svt contour exhaust with a magnaflow and put the SVT contour resonator on my ranger and had the exhaust dump right after the passenger side door. it does not sound to bad, i mean its louder then stock and a little bit on the ricer side but hey it was free and i can live with it.
