2.3 Turbo Manx Conversion Mechanic

Hey all! I've got a 69 VW Manx with an 87 Ford 2.3T conversion. Ive got it running pretty well around town, but need to find a mechanic that can help me dial in its performance. It feels like Im hitting a rev limiter when under boost and Im getting oil passed the turbo smoking up on my exhaust.

Anybody from the LA area/ know of a good mechanic? Thanks!

Chip is in Ontario, CA he's sharp on 2.3t's and probably has every spare part for one.
