2.3 to 5.0 starter

Will the starter from a '92 2.3L work with a 5.0? The 2.3 is a 3 bolt pattern while the one for the 5.0 is a 2, but they do line up.

I am wondering about the tooth pattern on the starter and a 157 tooth flywheel, if it will match up or do I need to buy a new starter?
