I have replaced the icm, fuel pump, crank shaft sensor, starter, ignition switch, solenoid, and I can't figure out the problem...the truck will be going good down the road and it will stall. You have to put it in nuetral and turn the key in the off position to reboot the ignition or else it won't start...I'm thinking it is a relay but idk which one or where they are even located...please help...

On a '93 the fuel pump relay(green plug) and EEC relay (tan plug) should be near the battery and power box, sometimes under the power box.

EEC relay turns on with the key, it supplies power to many systems including the Fuel pump relay and injectors.

The fuel pump relay will "click"(on) when key is turned on then "click"(off) after 2 seconds, that is normal.

In the passenger foot well or behind the kick panel is a fuel cutoff switch, called an inertia switch, it is there to cut power to the fuel pump in case of a sudden stop(accident), it has a reset button at the top.
This wouldn't "reset" by cycling the key so probably not your issue, just letting you know it is there.
You could hook up a test light to this switch and watch the computer cycle the fuel pump on and off while driving, see if fuel is being cut off and causing engine to die.

Your issue reads more like the injectors or spark is being cut off, fuel pump stopping would cause stumbling as fuel pressure went down to 0, then a "stall".

Thanks Ron, I've tried boy of them relays and it didn't fix it so I'm going to try the ignition relay next...do you know where that relay is located?

The EEC is the ignition relay.
Key on, EEC closes, power goes to fuel pump, injectors and coils

Have a look here it has the wiring diagrams
http://www.therangerstation.com/tech_library/EDiagrams/index.htm

Have you tested the coils, easy to do with an OHM meter.
Center pin to outside pin .3-1.0 ohms, test both outside pins with the center.
Outside pin to spark plug wire hole, 6,500-11,500 ohms, test both spark plug wire holes with the outside pin on that side.
Repeat for other outside pin and the two holes on that side.
Any out of range readings means coil is bad
Inside the range but close to one end of the range could mean coil will be intermittent.

Test both coil packs

The duel coil setup is nice but if one of the coils failed last year you might not know, and now the other coil is going out so making you aware of it :)
