2.3 deisel governor

well i got the truck yesterday and while looking around it today i noticed large amouts of fuel coming out of the governor. no problem im an engineer and have been working an cars and trucks my whole life. this governor has me baffled. any one got a scematic for it?

that engine was built by mitsubishi. it's a 4d55, used in ram d-50's as well.

I have a 1987 w/a 2.3 turbo diesel 4x4. I just love the truck but I think the motor has just about had it @370000 miles I was wondering if you might be interested in selling yours? let me know.

dont really plan on selling it , ive only drivin it for a day then i took the injection pump off due to the leaking issue. ive wanted one of these for a very long time. and up here they are super rare and the body is almost perfect on it (needs new paint)but if i do grow tired of it ill throw it up here for sale. unless you convince me its really worth selling $$$. racerbugg@hotmail.com
