Some of the truck vacuum lines are missing and need a diagram or something to show me where they go.

The base EFI model has very few vacuum lines. One to the air intake box flapper valve diaphragm for heated air diversion when cold. One to the vacuum reservoir under the air inlet or behind the wheel well(don't remember). Two to the EGR solenoids behind the cover over the starter solenoid.
The EGR vacuum line has a return to the EGR itself, along with a tubular gizmo, about 1.25" in diameter, with several lines connected to it that hangs on the back side of the intake.
Have you looked on the radiator support bracket for a diagram? The diagram should be in conformance with the installed stuff, such as speed control, power brakes, etc. If you have factory A/C there could be a line to the control head for the mode and temperature controls.

add: Per the tree diagram,

the black/brown goes to speed control
black to auto trans modulator
middle connectors to the engine
top connector to the power brake booster, black with light letters

this from the EVTM

Yes, its having idle issue and after ramming it up it either dies right off or die slowly.
