1999 Ranger 4.0 Wont Idle

I have a 99 Ranger with 4.0. It idles rough and rougher when you put it into gear. Ok when you get going. Sometimes skips up hill. Have replaced plugs,wires, IAC, Coil, TPS, fuel filter, cleaned Throttle Body. Mabye MAF, or intake gasket? Losing antifreeze but no visual signs? It is hundred dollaring me to death! I had codes p1131 lean, P0171, and misfire on 3 and 5. When I put the TPS on I reset the codes and they havent come back on yet, but i'm sure they are in memory and will come back. Losing about 40 miles per tank in fuel.

When you replaced the coil did you get the right one? There is a vertical connector and a horizontal one. I got the wrong one once and had the same issues. I also had a horible smell coming from the exhaust from the unburnt fuel.
