1999 Mazda B2500 Cold Start

My Pile of crap does'nt want to start when it is cold outside and it is cuasing me to go through starters like no other. when I start it in the morning it stumbles and acts like it's going to start but does'nt and cuases the starter to grind and if I hold the throttle wide open sometimes it will start and other time's it wont . I have replaced the IAC the coolant temp sensor, replaced wires and plugs and had them timing belt replaced a year ago only other thing I could think of is the fuel filter.
