1999 Ford Ranger XLT, manual transmission : I been having this problem for months and cant figure it out, can you help? Ok, I first notice this problem when i was driving and I need to slow down....so I downshift and the BATTERY INDICATOR drops down like its going to die out on me but it regains its self again. Second thing is when I turn my A/C on the battery drains bad and it wants to die out on me. WHAt gives?

So far these is the list of things Ive done to resolve this issue, some dont pertain to this issue but i did it anyway:

Reman. Altenator, new battery, new sepentine belt, new battery cable, new air filter, new pully, new spark plugs and spark plug wires, oil changed, cleaned out throttle body.

Oh Ive had the Altenator tested and the Battery tested several times and everytime the parts store say everything is fine. It cant be if it keeps happening.

I think its the battery
What do you think?
Please Help
thank you

thx martin....Ill take a look and see what I can find
