when i turn on the heat my compressor comes on and blows cold air have changed the blending blower motor and still no heat does anyone have any suggestions i would appreciate the help thank you:dunno:

I'd check to make sure you have coolant flowing though your heater core. If you don't have hot coolant flowing though there, you would not get heat but you still move air through the vents. I don't know if it could be blocked somehow. Does your truck get up to running temperature? Have you had any cooling system problems recently?

If the temp outside is about 50 or higher and you are on the defrost or floor & vent option, the compressor will turn on no matter what to get rid of humidity, just to let you know. There is a valve on one of the lines to control the flow and that might be malfunctioning and not letting the coolant flow. Do what moose boy:icon_thumby:(nice) said and check to see if the hoses get hot.
