Correct, not one of those but an actual Ford manual. The Mitchell manual may have it as well. You can check your local library for those. You just need the Domestic Light Truck and Van book for any year '88 or newer. Should be in the reference section.

I'd recommend you look for your manuals on ebay.
Check out ebay items 160348358137 (on CD-ROM) and 120596847423 (actual paper manual)
Frankly I prefer paper manuals because I dislike getting greasy fingerprints on my laptop.
