my 99 ranger wont start and if it does it wont stay running for very long. I've put coil packs, plugs and wires, and changed the fuel filter. itll turn over just wont crank what do yall think the prob is?????

check the following and report back
1. timing belt
2. fuel pressure
3. spark
4. crank or cam sensor (depends on which one your engine has)
i'm betting that you will find the problem if you check the above, but not necessarily the root cause...
