It usually take 2~3 hours just to remove the cluster, if you are new to it. But if have done one about 3 times in one day, less than an hour.

Most of the bolts are 7mm & 8mm. You are going to need to remove the lower leg bezel (4x 7mm), then the metal shield behind it (6x 8mm). Next the center bezel or radio bezel (2x 7mm). Then finally the cluster bezel (5x 7mm). And the instrument cluster is held by 4x 7mm bolts.

This is what happens when you gotta get the speedo needle just right, and it takes 9 tries to do it. Can't argue now, its within +/- 1 mph of GPS readings.

what to buy to replace it

Where should i look for aftermarket gauges to replace the factory stuff? im gonna need bulbs and i would like a whole new look too

Are you talking about the film print on the orginal cluster or entirely new gauges?
