1998 ranger 4.0 engine swap!

My 1998 ranger developed a knock In the lower end so I went out and picked up a LOW mile 2000 explorer ... Only has 130k miles and was fleet maintained ... Smashed in the front.
Anyway back to the ranger, does anyone have any quick tips or pointers on doing the swap?
I almost have the engine outta the explorer so I'm half way there ... ??? Oh yeah both are push rod OHV engines!

Tape and label the plugs on the Ranger as you take them out if you aren't experienced at engine work. It will help when you put it back together.
