Hi all and greetings. I've had my '98 B2500 / Ranger since 2010. I got her with 156,xxx miles and now she is up to 196,xxx. Not alot of miles right? This truck has been so reliable. It really has not had too many issues. I did the clutch myself; installed Bilstein shocks; run AMSOIL and their special filter; K&N filter and advanced ignition chip; installed a cool radio with backup camera; new PS pump and Alternator recently. A few years back, my stock rear differential seized and my driveshaft came off on the freeway - fortunately no injury except a trashed axle. I replaced it with a junkyard axle in great shape with a 4:10 ratio - perfect for hauling. My favorite upgrade was the LED backup lights - it is dark here and I installed some bright backup led lights, which helps when looking through the camper shell. That's about it. Reliable. 190 lbs compression on all 4 cylinders with 196,xxx miles. Take care!

Sounds like a nice rig. Share some pics and welcome to the site.
