Don't really know where to post this so I'm going to try it here see what I find.
I have a 1998 Ford Ranger 2.5 2wd auto. I'm doing an engine swap with a 1997 ford explorer 5.0 awd. Doing a 2wd swap on it no eletrical with that if anyone asks just output shaft and tail housing. But my question is wiring. Now when it comes to wiring I'm a dummy. I want to learn, gotta learn quick lol. But I have a project coming very soon. I want to know if there is or isn't might be a dumb question, wiring harness for the engine? Is there a complete one? For everything you need? If so where exactly? Do I need to cut any wires? If I do where at is there a certain place? I'm trying to get my hands on a complete wiring diagram for both vehicles. Not sure where to get them. Didn't see none on ebay. Asked Ford they dont have them? Be really helpful with one then I can just cut everything and rewire everything. Also fuse boxes? What do I need to pull exactly if anyone knows for any fuse boxes or electrical mis stuff?
If anyone has a wiring diagram or cinematic (if that's spelt correctly?) For either vehicle? Or atleast where I am able to purchase one or download one.
