1997 Ranger from Brazil

The South American Rangers had many similar parts to North American Rangers of the same years but different engines and transmissions
Your 1997 was most likely made in Argentina at the Ford assembly plant in Buenos Aires, they started building and selling these in 1996, and still making them today, but switched to T6 Ranger models, after 2012

Ford brought Rangers from Argentina in 1998 til today
Mine is a 4.0 v6 manual gasoline
+20 years old Rangers here in Brazil became a collectors item, they have doubled in price in the last 3 years.
