Well, I am working on getting my truck regeared to help gain back some power after installing the 33's. I decided to go with 4.56 gears and have already got the rear ring and pinion but I am having trouble finding a set of 4.56 gears for the front. I also already got the install kits for both front and rear along with a Lockrite locker for the front. Any ideas on where I could find 4.56 gears for the front TTB set up?

I used Yukon. They've been working well for me.

I ordered a set from YG but it's been a month and they still don't have any in stock. I wanted to have it all done before Sept 1 and that is coming faster than I want it to!!

Reach out to anyone who lists them and ask if they actually have a set on the shelf or were drop-shipping from Yukon, then reach out to Yukon and ask when the backorder date is.

I don't think I ordered directly from Yukon.

Try Summit Racing. I just looked at Jeff's Bronco graveyard and they have a note that says "ships direct from manufacturer." You might have to do some digging to find somebody with a set on the shelf.

Just saw Summit says a month. I trust Summit to provide a real date Yukon gave them. I trust Yukon less not to blow it, but "accepting backorders" is more optimistic than not.

Next time anyone calls Yukon, may as well ask if they're done forever with 4.88/5.13 or "maybe someday".

A couple months ago Yukon was listing they had 4.10, 4.56. 4.88 and 5.13 gears in stock and a couple hundred sets of each. I didn’t have the money for it at the time but figured that indicated they were stocking them again. Now they are out of stock in everything but 4.10 again…

Thanks everyone, I’ve started reaching out to different suppliers hoping to find a set…I didn’t expect this to be such a pain in the ass for a truck that is so popular. Oh well, I’ll find a set eventually
