1997 4 banger idle and running issues

Yes this is another idle thread.

I have a 97 5 speed with 172,xxx. It ran fine until I left the key on one day at and a few things happened. First, my truck wouldn't start. Tried a few different things and finally found the braided cable that is on the starter itself either melted or just corroded to the point where it broke. I had to wait a week to put the new starter in and when I did it wouldn't run for more than a few seconds. I checked for obvious vacuum leaks, broken wires, loose wires etc. I changed the fuel filter and IAC valve just for shits and I got it to run enough to drive it for a few minutes around our lot but it had a hard time going up our slight hill. turned it off after this and it went back to not running. It has fuel pressure just not sure how much, NO CODES, and when it does run at idle it is extremely rough. I can get it to run a while by playing with the throttle but it seems like sometimes I give it gas it wants to die faster. here is a video of it running...

if you know you dont have vacuum leaks, check fuel pressure and the ignition coils, they both have 3 wires, i believe middle one is common power so check the coil pack from pin 1 to 2 check ohms, then from 2 to 3 they should match and also check the other coil. it sounds like a vacuum leak but just check your basics, fuel, compression, spark and air.
