I have recently changed the plugs, wires, and fuel fliter truck cranks and idles fine when you put it into first gear it goes good and is fine but while idling in first gear it has a jump like you are boucing on the clutch. when you give it gas it does fine. Just this week it started doing it in all gears while in 4th once you have reached your speed you can feel a small jerk like it is heasitan kind of like bad plugs. plugs wires and fliter has been changed this month. what do you think.

Do you have high mileage? You might have bad compression in one or two cylinders. Also, have your cam checked for worn lobes. Other things to check include your PCV valve, as well as your EGR system. Both of those could be clogged.
