Guys, I just got this truck and it has no air coming out of the defroster when selected. I have isolated it to the white plastic piece that attaches to the panel/defrost door. It is broken. If I manually move the door I get plenty of air out of the defroster. When I select defrost on the climate control the vacuum motor arm moves, it just has nothing to attach to so the door does not move. I have searched and searched and cannot find the correct name for the white plastic piece nor anything that tells how to change it. I am really afraid that it comes with the upper plenum and will require a dash removal. I hope not. Anyway any help you guys can give is GREATLY appreciated.
