1996 4.0 into 1993 4.0?

Is it possible to swap a 1996 explorer 4.0 into a 1993 without changing a lot of stuff on the moter or harness? Want to get some info before I get to involved in putting this all togher thanks Dustin.

Well I thought I would need to difrent threads becaus I am looking into swaping two difrent trucks one is a 4.0 to 4.0 and the other is a 3.0 to 4.0 I did not think this would be covered under the same post
