1996 “Blitz” package

I tried searching first but came up empty. Has anyone heard of a “Blitz” package for a 1996 standard cab stepside sold in Utah? I know different areas had different styling packages but this truck is a Frankenstein and I can’t find what the package included. Is it literally a stripe and the work blitz?

Looks more like a Personal stripe and logo added by a previous owner
So doesn't indicate any "package"

See what "trim" and/or options you have
Flare side bed for one, lol

Not sure a Local Ford Dealer would have added the stripe, possible, just doesn't look like a Dealer addon

I looked at the options on the brochure and this Ranger did not have any. It could have been a previous owner or maybe the dealer did it to try to make it look different. Either way, not a factory option.
