1995 Ranger Odometer Probelms

I have a 1995 Ranger XLT with 32,300 original miles. I bought it new from Ford and rarely drive it. I drove it once last month to a wedding and all worked fine. When I left I noticed that the Odometer was not working. Speedometer , Cruise Control all works great, just Odometer and of couse Tripometer don't move. Tried tapping on gauge, dash, steering column with no results.
Any suggestions would be most apprciated.
