1995 automatic trans into a 1994. need help!!

hey guys! Thanks for the awesome site. I need info on swapping a 95 automatic trans into a 94. My truck is 2.3 liter, and the trans are mechanically the same. What do I do about the electronic plugs? What about the shifter mech? ANy help is appreciated. I have looked through 150 or so pages on this site, but have yet to find an info on this swap. Thanks

95 will not work into a 94...95 is all electric(computer controlled)and 94 is hydraulic and electric.The whole electrical system is differant between the 2 years.

94 down eec4 trannys are interchangeable. 95 up eec5 trannys are interchangeable. you cannot bridge this gap unless installing a 95 up engine tranny computer combo into a 94 under trk, and vice versa.
