1994 vs. 2000 manifold/header?

Ive been looking and cant seem to find an answer. Im trying to figure out if headers from a 2000 4.0 ohv will fit on 1995 heads. Im swapping a block with 1995 heads into a 2000 and would like headers but Im not sure if '95 headers will work with the 2000 suspension or if headers for a 2000 will fit the heads. Thanks guys!!
