Since I have the truck all torn apart, I planned on giving her a little more suspension height on a budget, but I want to do it the right way. My plan was a set of 1.5" Rough Country springs up front, aftermarket Explorer leaf springs out back (which is supposedly good for +1.5"), delete the lift blocks, and a set of the lift shackles to make up the difference for the absent blocks. Has anyone else run this setup? Going to end up with a set of 235/85R16s on it.

I haven't run that exact setup, but I don't see any issues with it. Should be fine.

Don't forget about shocks (at least up front), you'll need something about an inch longer than stock to maintain a decent amount of downtravel after you've put the coils in (or maybe you can put an extender or spacer on the shock stud).

Thanks for the input. My shocks are fried; I'm going to have to cut them all off they're so badly rotted. I figured some Rancho 5000 or 5000x that are rated 0-2.5" lift should be okay. I'll have to get their travel specs to be 100% sure. I never liked the idea of extenders. I'm sure they work fine, but something tells me a single piece unit will be more durable in the long run. Less parts for possible failure.
