1994 ranger ext cab 15" or 12"??????

I have a 1994 ford ranger and im wanting to put a sub in the back of my ranger. I'm thinking about putting it on the driver side behind my seat seeing how no one can ever site behind me anyways. im pretty sure a 12" would fit no problem but has any1 ever seen a 15" a ranger or is it just over kill because of the small cab.
