1994 Ranger 2wd

I have a 94 ranger.i was driving it when i tried to slow down the brak pedal went to the floor.i checked the fluid which was fine and checked under the truck and found no leaks.i have no clue on what else to check.open to any advice.thanks

No evidence of fluid leak at the wheel cylinders?

If not, then I'd say your master cylinder took a crap!
