I have a 1994 mazda b3000 that will crank but not turn over have a code 116 & 513 the 513 is high voltage failure in PCM I'm getting spark & fuel used starting fluid still nothing spark plugs good put new cap & rotor is the PCM bad any info appreciated

Welcome to TRS :)

116 (O,R) Engine Coolant (ECT) sensor out of range - ECT
This code wouldn't/couldn't prevent start up, ECT is engine coolant temp sensor

513 (O) Replace processor (PCM) (internal failure)

513 means engine computer(PCM) is not getting boot up test done correctly, this would of course cause a No Start

Pull out the computer and open it up, have a look at the circuit board for burns or leaking capacitors

I did that today it has a burnt smell to it but no signs of of anything leaking capacitors or burn spots. I will probably just replace it & see if that works

Need to use 1993 or 1994 Ranger 3.0l or 1994 B3000 PCM

Also needs to match transmission, i.e. manual or automatic

2WD or 4x4 doesn't matter
