Hey there, I have a 94 B2300 that has low compression so I pulled the engine out last week and it's at the machine shop getting bored .030 over and a valve job I was ordering my parts for the engine the previous night when I couldn't find pistons rings .030 for a Mazda b2300 so I changed the car to 1994 ford ranger 2.3 and was able to find .030 over rings and bought them ( I was using rock auto dot com btw). Is there a difference in the cylinder walls from a B2300 and a ranger in the same year?
