Yes I am a new member to this site so if I am in the wrong ( Discussion Thread ) my apologies lol

Anyway I have a ranger that I am interested in modifying mostly for better fuel efficiency. I am thinking of a custom cold air intake system??? Is there any good performance chips for this vehicle? Before I go off buying any junk on ebay lol?
Any suggestions on what I can do for more efficiency if there are any ways?

Thanks

Scratch the intake idea... Won't make any appreciable difference. One thing that does make a difference is correct tire sizing for gear ratio. You can ind that info in the tech-info section here on the site. If you have any questions about how to determine your gear ratios just ask and someone will help you out.

I am sure some of the other guys will give you some other tips that will be useful.

There aren't any great programmers for the 94 computer. Once you get to 95 and get into OBDII the options open up tremendously.
