I just bought this truck for 600$ it runs and drives but it’s like it’s not getting enough power to go up hills. We replaced fuel pump fuel filter, coil pack, spark plugs and spark plug wires. It’s helped a little like it sounds better but I still can’t get it to run. Any thoughts? Pictures of motor attached

That '94 2.3l engine (Lima/Pinto) is 100hp if you're lucky, trying to move a 4,000 pound truck. You drive a manual, so the best advice I can give you is this: DOWNSHIFT. If I were you, I'd drop into third gear. You won't hurt it, in third at 60mph you'll spin maybe 4500RPM at the most.

You'll also find that it accelerates better if you shift at higher RPMs.

thats a clean looking engine bay for 600 bucks. hope its a cheap and easy fix
