1994 B-3000 Transmission issues/ M519

My 5th gear needs a new synchro and i thought i was getting a good deal buying a used transmission but failed to remember that the 94-97 trucks are the ones compatable. Anyway the tranny i bought is a M519 that came from a 93 Mazda 4 cyl. truck. Can anyone tell me if the synchros in this tranny will work in mine or did i waste my money?
