What is the driveline rubbing on? Tunnel of the rear of the cab? How did you flip the axle? Did you use spring relocators for the bottom of the axle?

I used the axle flip bracket which has a relocation hole that is aimed towards the front offset location. Spring is relocated under the axle. The driveshaft is rubbing under the rear of the cab, I recently swapped the 2 piece over to the aluminum 1 piece from a 99 ext cab 2wd 5 spd ranger.

I am running into the same issue right now, I will come back to you if I figure it out!!

Interesting. I used an Explorer 8.8 as spring under with a one piece steel shaft on my green 00 Ranger and the only thing the shaft rubs on is my muffler
