1993 Splash build

too bad you didnt flop it on it's side sooner, it would have been way easier to get the new tranny x-member measured for and installed like that.

Bahaha you made a funny :P

You've also got a valid point. Altho the POS one I had in there would have probably failed.

Is the door shut? :icon_surprised:

And something tells me your truck didn't leave the factory as a white one :icon_rofl:

Door is shut. And yea, the CAB used to be red.

you dont need an exo, just keep from flopping it after you swap cabs

Congrats! Now the real fun can begin!

That first flop is a special one.....after the 3rd they no big deal!

Lol this one was no big deal. I was prepared for it. Seatbelts save lives ya know. Lol

My buddy runs up and sticks his head in the window. First words out of my mouth were " What's up dude?" Lol

We got it upright and I said "let's get rollin" :D

Just some food for thought....

First time I flopped my Bronco2 it went over on the passenger side also. I was wearing the stock seatbelt and it locked up so tight with my big ass hangin on it that I couldnt even push the button to release it. Then all the trans fluid started running out the dipstick tube right onto my header. The smoke started rolling and I was freakin cuz I couldnt get out of the truck. Lucky for me a buddy grabbed my extinguisher and hosed the truck the down.

Moral of the story is my new truggy has 5 points and extinguishers where I can reach from drivers seat.

I think I definitely need 5 point harnesses. I have the extinguisher w/in reach. Thanks for the tips bud.

Fixed. BFH didn't do too bad. It got dark on me so I'll install the drip rail tomorrow.

It's a good thing you have that extra cab lying around. Is the exo cage legal in pa?

Guys like us get a little bit of a wide berth when it comes to what does and doesn't pass inspection. After that, as long as the five-oh doesn't hassle you, you are good.

Looks like you need to pull in on the top of the door a bit yet.

Yea, it got dark on me. I need to pull the cab out about 1/4" or less. Come-along should fix that right up.

So how exactly did you roll it? the ground seemed awful flat there lol
