1993 Splash build

Yep, alignment sucked on it. Was never right and just rode like crap.

If I got a free D44 that I could take everythin off of and shorten the one shaft down, id swap it all into my EB d44.. but till then TTB! I like the way TTB flexes offroad, but the limited lift capabilities keep me at 8-9" :annoyed:

MOST people (and I mean most) are comfortable with 8 inches of lift. IMO, that's PLENTY in a ranger for 75% of things.

Well, I completely settled the suspension last night after I got the beams aligned. Coil springs are too SHORT. I will need to add around 5/8" of washers under the coil seat to raise the height around one inch. Im at around 3.5" as of right now and around 4 degrees of negative camber.

shoulda bought the 6.5s :P

Ordered my 2.25" ID DOM tubing yesterday for my driveshaft. $60 + $35 for balancing. I didnt think that was too bad at all.

Got my 5/8" spacers made tonight and installed. Truck sits level now. Got both my knuckles drilled out for my steering insterts. Started on the pitman arm and broke my drill. Will have to finish it tomorrow. Harbour Freight here I come....

Tomorrow I plan on finishing my crossmember, cutting the carrier bearing crossmember out, install rear driveshaft, and finish up the alignment.

Wait, you still have a 2-piece? WTH dude, that was like the first thing I got rid of. I even waved good-bye as I chucked it on top of the pile down at Jeff's.
