1993 ranger

I have a 1993 ranger 4.0 with coil pack and i put a 1995 4.0 with coil pack in it but having problems with wiring harness. Had a 94 wiring harness on it it would start and run but idled fast could not start with key and had no lights on front or back what do i need to do?

Your gonna have to find out if those harnesses are interchangeable 1st.
Certain years are not interchangeable with out splicing due to sensor either being added or missing.
