1993 ford ranger xlt 2.3

i just bought a 1993 ford ranger xlt 2.3 mint condition with 62,000 miles on it for $600. I want to get a full exhaust like cat back, down pipe and header. I just can't find any aftermarket headers for this year and engine. Can anyone help??

When i did my exhaust i did not replace header and it sounds great. I would get the cat back and a muffler (with a sound reduction at high speeds, so when you go down the road you can talk to the guy beside you in the cab). My exhaust sounds good and is plenty loud for me.
