I have a 3.0 5 speed. Has a blown head gasket. Want to swap to 4.0 since I have fresh 4.0. What all do I have to change to do this swap.

Engine, Transmission, and probably drive shaft plus the controls, sensors, and wiring harness for both. Probably some other stuff as well.
I don't think I'd do a motor swap just for a blown head gasket. If the whole motor needed to be redone then maybe, but not just a head gasket.
