1992 Ford Ranger STX graphics style

I have a 1992 Ford Ranger STX and was wondering if anyone here in the forums can give me an idea of where these graphics came from or if they are original for a different model

My gut says yours are aftermarket...

These are what I remember on that year truck.

I'm thinking that was probably a dealer decal package, not anything from Ford directly. I've never seen one like that.

I haven't seen another one like it either and I've researched deeply to try and find a match for my truck

89-90 Has the 3 stripes like on my truck pictured above.

91-92 looked like this

That's what it looked like to me as well, but I'm no expert on gen 2
